 East Barnet Music Centre
- National Festival of Music for Youth Band 2 represented Barnet at this prestigious event on Tuesday 26 February in central London wher they performed three tunes at the festival. They walked onto stage playing the theme tune to James Bond, with the boys all wearing their sunglasses. When we had finished this tune we played Men of Harlech and this was followed by Don't cha by the Pussycat Dolls. All the girls wore feather boas. When we had finished the hall was covered in pink feathers!.

- East Barnet Music Centre Shop now has the new 2008-2013 Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) Syllabus Exam pieces for flute and clarinet Grades I-V, with and without piano parts.
This is the first time that ABRSM have produced a combined exam pieces book for these instruments.
Also at the shop, old stock books are now only £1 – come and have a rummage!

Welcome to East Barnet Music Centre
 East Barnet Music Centre is run by Barnet Music Education Services and is held at East Barnet School on Saturday mornings.
We provide a range of activities for students both young and old alike. We are mainly a brass and woodwind, pop and rock centre but there are other groups available, such as young music-makers and both youth and adult choirs.
